I specialize in 3 areas of Taxation that I call the three T’s. I represent Business and Individual clients in Tax Preparation, Tax Planning and handling Tax Controversy.
Tax Preparation
Consulting CPAs prepares Income Tax Returns, Federal and State, for Individuals, Corporations, Partnerships, LLC’s, Estates and Trusts. We prepare returns for US clients living throughout the United States and for Foreign taxpayers that have US investments. Tax preparation includes current year returns and preparing tax returns for clients that have fallen behind in filing, that are late and overdue.
Tax Planning
Consulting CPAs prepares Income Tax Projections and provides Tax Planning for Individuals and Businesses. This includes clients considering a business purchase or sale, a property sale or assisting a company venturing into a new line of Business. Tax Planning involves the selection of a proper business structure and entity selection. We often work with attorneys for these matters.
Tax Resolution
Consulting CPAs assists clients that have IRS (and State) tax problems including taxpayers that have been assessed Liens and Levies and getting them resolved. We prepare Installment Payment Plan Arrangements for taxpayers that owe back taxes, aiding with the abatement and reduction of penalties and reducing total income tax liabilities through the use of Offers In Compromise.
Accounting
Clients and potential client contact our office and provide us with an assemblage of tax documents to prepare their tax returns including items of income such as forms W-2 and 1099’s, and Income Tax Deductions, such as mortgage interest, real estate tax and charitable contributions for individuals. Business clients provide business and accounting records including software records, such as QuickBooks. Some clients prefer face to face meetings to review their unique situations. Other recurring and existing clients E Mail, FAX and mail their tax records to our office. We work with clients on their schedules and file income tax return extensions when necessary.
